House Design

The home, reminiscent of a traditional villa in French Provence, is beautifully situated under old oak trees and stone pines. The sounds of the birds mix with the murmuring waters of a small mountain stream running on the edge of the plot.  Despite its traditional appearance, the residence was built in 2001 and equipped with all modern amenities. The dwelling is in excellent condition with quality finishes throughout.

The house is H-shaped, with a central entrance area and comprising of 2 wings allowing privacy. Downstairs is the reception and living area, while all the bedrooms are upstairs. The design provides for two protected terraces, one sea-facing and the other is mountain-facing; similarly there are two balconies. While the front terrace and balcony are sunny all day long, there is a semi-shaded terrace and a balcony covered by the mini forest in the back garden.
